Who is responsible for your data?

The controller is Błażej Błaszkowiak, trading under the Blacrity brand, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 9680861414. For privacy enquiries and requests, email contact@blacrity.com.

What we process and why

If you contact us, we process the contact details and information you choose to provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss an assignment. Steps requested before entering a contract are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are the prospective contracting party. Other business correspondence, including communication with company representatives, is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business relationships under Article 6(1)(f).

The hosting infrastructure may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser information, to serve and secure the website. Our legitimate interest is maintaining a reliable, secure website. Please do not include confidential business files in an initial enquiry.

Service providers and international processing

Website hosting and security providers, email providers and, where needed, professional advisers may receive data to provide their services or meet legal obligations. The website is hosted by dhosting.pl, which also provides the current email service for contact@blacrity.com. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where required, the applicable transfer mechanism must provide appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

Enquiries are kept for the time needed to deal with them and any resulting business relationship. Information needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims may be retained for the applicable statutory period. Technical logs are subject to the hosting provider’s retention arrangements and security needs.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), at uodo.gov.pl. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details and context to respond. We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
